Finding a Physician

There is a growing number of doctors throughout the state willing to make the medical marijuana recommendation to qualifying patients. In order to apply for a State of Maine Medical Marijuana Patient ID card, a patient must first obtain a letter from their doctor, physician's certification form, certifying the patient's debilitating medical condition for the purpose of medical marijuana treatment.
